Julie Lynn Photography is thrilled to announce our upcoming Sunflower Sessions this Labor Day weekend in Lawrence, KS! Capture precious moments with your loved ones in a vibrant sunflower setting. Each 20-minute session includes up to 5 people and 20 digital images for you to cherish forever. Want to include more family members? No problem, additional people can be added for just $20 each. Book your session today and let us create memories that last a lifetime! Clients will receive a proofing gallery from their session to select the 20 included images. Additional images can be purchased for $20 each, ensuring you get exactly what you want from your session. Please note, we do not provide raw or unedited images. The session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable due to the limited availability of these sessions. Should the flowers not bloom as anticipated—an outcome beyond our control—dates may require adjustment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: By booking this appointment, the Client understands that the Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. If the Client cancels the session, the session fee is non-refundable but can be transferred if at least 72 hours' advance notice is given. If the Client falls ill, a reschedule will be granted, but it is requested to provide as much notice as possible so that the open appointment can be filled. If a session cannot take place on the scheduled day due to weather, the Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest possible time, with no additional charge. Reschedules must take place within 3 months of the original appointment date. If the Client does not select a new appointment date within the 3-month period, all monies paid will be forfeited.
