Full Family Session (studio)
Service Description
Capture beautiful memories with our Full Family Session at JulieLynnPhotography. This 60-minute session includes up to 1 family unit and features photos on a simple set or in-stock background. With 30 digital images included, along with online proofing and printing rights, you can cherish these memories for years to come. Book your session at our studio in Olathe, available for scheduling between 10am and 3pm. This session is not intended for extended family members such as grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, or family friends. If you would like to include additional family members please book our Extended Family Session. A $100 non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at the appointment. No raw or unedited images will be released to clients as these are considered unfinished work. Cancellation Policy: Clients understands that by booking this appointment, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule of the photo session by the Client, the session retainer fee ($100) is non-refundable and is ONLY transferrable if 72 hours advance notice is given. Reschedules must take place within 3 months time of original appointment date and ONLY 1 RESCHEDULE IS ALOWED PER SESSION.If session booked is a mini session, the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable due to the limited slots available for mini sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: By booking this appointment, the Client understands that the Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. If the Client cancels the session, the session fee is non-refundable but can be transferred if at least 72 hours' advance notice is given. If the Client falls ill, a reschedule will be granted, but it is requested to provide as much notice as possible so that the open appointment can be filled. If a session cannot take place on the scheduled day due to weather, the Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest possible time, with no additional charge. Reschedules must take place within 3 months of the original appointment date. If the Client does not select a new appointment date within the 3-month period, all monies paid will be forfeited.
